The new single, that just dropped a day ago, with the official visualizer, it is already raking up thousands of views and happy comments by fans of the two Jamaican artists, considered the King and the Queen of Jamaican dancehall music.

Jamaican dancehall superstar Spice, real name Grace Hamilton, has been at the center of swirling rumors in the news in the latest weeks, regarding her health conditions, but there is no certainty yet  or official news about her health status.

Around a week ago rumors started to circulate out of control, that Spice suffered an heart attack and was in an induced coma after undergoing a plastic procedure while in the Dominican Republic. On Wednesday night, a booking agent for the artist, called Ray Alexander, told the Jamaica Observer that the reports about the “So Mi Like It” artist were untrue and dangerous.

Since then however conflicting reports have surfaced that the artist is indeed in the Dominican Republic for a BBL, but her condition has not been verified.

Popular British DJ entertainer Robbo Ranx, which has known Spice by many years, says that family members of Spice based in London and Jamaica have confirmed to him that the female dancehall superstar suffered a heart attack while undergoing her second Brasilian Butt Lift, but this time allegedly same serious complications came from the surgery.

While fans continue to express concern, British radio host Robbo Ranx says that he knows Spice’s family and he also knows the artist as she lived in London for a short time and family members have confirmed that she suffered a heart attack, but she’s stable.

The report by Robbo Ranx contradicts what Spice’s booking agent Ray Alexander told the Observer “Those are all lies,” he said.

“Spice hasn’t had a heart attack, and she isn’t in a coma. The rumours were caused by people not knowing where she was and because she hadn’t posted on IG since October,” Alexander added.

Just few days ago amid the raging rumors of her recent medical issues and after almost a month-long break from Instagram, started on October 17  the deejay declared in an Instagram post that she would be taking some time off from the platform, but on November 3rd on the Queen of the Dancehall Grace ‘Spice’ Hamilton has returned to posting on the platform.

It is not clear whether the post was made by Hamilton or a member of her team, however the IG story posts highlight two of the artiste’s most recent tracks, “Worlds Apart” featuring World Boss and Patoranking and her newest “Same Mouth”, with a snippet featuring the following lyrics posted.

“The same mouth you feed at your table, will do to you wah Cain do to Abel. The same mouth will say you fi disable, sometimes me wish them mouth did have a label. Them a wish fi me fall out, keep going all out,” Spice deejays in the snippet from the track Same Mouth.

“I’ll be off of Instagram for a while. I’m tired of being their only target for clout and clickbait. Let’s see if they’re still gonna talk about only me,” she wrote. While there is a lot of secrecy on the matter, the most recent reports suggest that, thankfully, Spice has improved, but let’s send all our prayers for a quick and safe recovery.

Vybz Kartel posting the new track with Spice was seen by many as tribute to the female star with whom Kartel has recorded several hot singles, with the most famous being Ramping Shop.
