- This past Wednesday night, the whole LargeUp team brought good vibes to the Miami’s Winter Music Conference with the first ever Miami edition of New York’s famed Rice and Peas party, featuring a special performance from Mr. Vegasthat introduced to the Miami’s audience his latest project : Sweet Jamaica.
- Rice and Peas brought also a super line up of DJs making the night one of those unforgettable events for any Dancehall student in the 305 area code.
- Orijahnal Vibez, Max Glazer, DJ Gravy and DJ Maya were in charge of the tunes and they played di baddest Dancehall singles while MC Micro Don Dada blessed the mic!
- Jamaican artist Alley Cat did a quick showcase of his latest recorded material warming up the audience.
- Dre Skull, the young and talented Brooklyn producer behind Vybz Kartel’s latest album was also there and he did an hot hot set of tropical bass blasting tunes like Get Gyals Easy, he produced the song also some cool exclusive Popcaan I never heard before. Dre Skull is forward hear me on that!

- The night was still full of surprises : beautiful Trinidadian swimwear designer Elysia Persad debuted her Colly Dolly brand with a brief runway show that everybody appreciated.
- Blessed vibes, beautiful people and an incredible artist :Mr Vegas, which gave a nice performance where he introduced new songs and as well he performed some of his classic songs everybody danced and sang along to.
- When the artist performed Bruk It Down the venue went mad! He mashed up the place.The whole place was vibing, even the bar tenders!
- Let’s not forget about the Dancers!!! Yes! Also can’t forget to mention shining Dancehall Queen Likkle Bit and her fellow dancer and friend Lena that showed how to Bruk It Down to the ladies on the dance floor.

- A blessed night Miami! Unmissable for all the Massive! Sorry for who wasn’t in the building at Ricochet because the whole event was surrounded by some high spirit that filled the venue till late nite and everybody went home wrapped in the myst of a night to remember in the 305.
