This year edition of MOBO Awards, Music Of Black Origin, held in Glasgow, Scotland, declared Popcaan winner of the title – Best Reggae Act of 2016.
Popcaan won the title after being nominated with several other Jamaican reggae dancehall acts as Alkaline, Spice, Protoje & Kranium, beating them. The event saw also Lady Leshurr, Craig David and Drake came out as winners in this year best male act and Best Female Act.
