Jamaican dancehall reggae star Popcaan released his latest project, titled Vanquish Mixtape.

This is his second project under OVO Sound Label for the former Gaza artist  that raise to popularity in Vybz Kartel’s Portmore Empire. Popcaan’s “Vanquish Mixtape” features 10 bouncy tracks, with Poppi’ signature sound and it is to be considered as his gift to his fans and a good way to wrap up the year.

Popcaan, the Unruly Boss, real name Andre Sutherland, signed with the Canadian music label owned by Drake back in 2018 and the union has been beneficial to both parties Popcaan went mainstream and OVO signed a powerful artist with a great international follow.

Popcaan had an incredible year in 2019 delivering great music singles and collecting awards and nominations, among them he won Entertainer Of The Year at the 37th Annual International Reggae and World Music Awards (IRAWMA) in Kingston in May and he also won Album Of The Year for ‘Forever’, which beat out ‘Reggae Forever’ by Etana, ‘A Matter Of Time’ by Protoje, ’44/876′ by Shaggy and Sting and ‘Rebellion Rises’ by Ziggy Marley, which were among the nominated albums.
