- It started in early 2005, while living in Sherlock Crescent in Jamaica and working a 9-5 job that Konshens and his brother Delus, kept seeking ways to create a means for themselves to manifest their musical calling.
- Known together as “SOJAH”, the dynamic brother duo, was directed to CASH FLOW STUDIOS, in the Cooreville Gardens Community, of Jamaica. There, out of a string of recorded demos, they produced the hit that would catapult them into the musical mainstream world of Reggae/Dancehall music.
- From then on it was a solid rise toward the top. In 2009 Konshens toured all over the West Coast leaving a lasting memory of his talent and in the same year released his second album with the duo Sojah, In Europe.
- Their album was titled ‘Modern Revolution’, featuring the hit collaboration with Luciano, titled, ‘Positive Vibration’.
- He is already being dubbed the ‘new face’ of dancehall/reggae music by many, acquiring various awards and nominations such as…EME AWARDS{excellence in music} Award for “BEST NEW ARTISTE 08″, STONE LOVE BEST NEW ARTISTE 08” award, several nominations in the IRAWMA, HYPE TV and RETV awards including SONG OF THE YEAR for his debut single “WINNER”, being the only new artist to have a nomination in that category.
