    • This has been the plan since their original appeal was denied in April, for the murder case of Clive ‘Lizard’ Williams.
    • Jamaican attorney Bert Samuels, who represents  Shawn Campbell, remarked and called “incestuous”this relationship, which sees him going to the very same court for leave to take the matter to a higher court.
      • “I am asking you permission to appeal against you,” he explained. “The accused men’s right to a fair trial was breached when the case was allowed to continue on the advice of the Director of Public Prosecutions Paula Llewellyn, despite a poison jury,” Samuels said.
      • The attorney told to the Jamaican press  “We want leave on everything. We want permission to appeal on all points.”
  • Samuels insisted that with or without permission from the local Court of Appeal, the case will reach the Privy Council in England.
      • “If they refuse, it isn’t the end-all and and be-all. You can apply for what is called special leave. All you have to do is convince them of the rightness of your case,” he added.
    • Samuels told the press and he and his team has already  been in contact with their legal representatives overseas.
    • “We have had about five Zoom conferences with the British lawyers and they are ready,” Samuels said.
    • Six weeks ago, lawyers Isat Buchanan, representing Kartel; John Clarke, representing Jones and St John; and Bert and Bianca Samuels filed an official application on the men’s behalf to get leave to go to the Privy Council with the matter.

    • Gaza fans are even appealing to Kim Kardashians, asking her to help Addi’s case.
    • Even while behind bars Kartel’s popularity does not know a stop. He recently released a sling of new songs, endorsing new females acts like in the latest ‘Sometimes Love Dies’, featuring Renee 6:30 that came out with the music video, watch it below, as well as the official music video with Tashina for the bedroom’s song ‘Best **** Ever’ posted with the music video below, and he launched his daughter ‘s music label Adianna Music releasing the first single titled “Vybz Kartel – Play Our Song”.
