- San Jose, Costa Rica – Contrary to reports Tommy Lee Sparta is not locked up in Costa Rica; the entertainer was never arrested and has no legal trouble in the territory.
- Tommy Lee Sparta will not perform as scheduled despite being issued a work permit. The artiste arrived in San Jose’ at Juan Santamaría International Airport on August 27th and met all terms possible of his booking contract.
- Despite all efforts he was unable to carry out the primary duty of performing for his fans due to circumstances beyond his control. He sincerely apologizes for the no-show and a new date will be announced for his return to Costa Rica.
