Jamaican reggae singer Tarrus Riley will be headlining the 2013 show accompanied by Dean Fraser and the Blak SoilBand.
He will be preceded by various friends in the industry including Duane Stephenson, Romain Virgo, German singer Uwe Banton and South Florida’s own Fourth Dimension Band.
