In 2011 they won major national awards like EME, YVA and Jamaican Star.
Their music includes influences from Hip Hop, Soul, R&B & of course Dancehall. Their new album called “The Next Level” will be release shortly. It will contain 14 songs.
The recording process took almost a year and countless hours in the studio exploring new sounds and ideas and both Keving & Craig are very happy of the outcome!
While they were working on their new project recording songs and music videos O’neil Edwards , part of the group, died because he was a victim of a rubbery in Kingston.
Considering the positive messages and lyrics Voicemail always promoted this is even more sad! Their songs are all about staying away from crime and also they are always been very respectful of relationships and women, promoting always respect and responsibility.
It was O’neil Edwards desire to make The Next Level the best album for Voicemail and there’s his voice in almost every song in the album so there’s a lot of him in the upcoming album, that will be distribute in Usa, Europe and Japan, where they are very loved and have a huge core of followers and they also went double Platinum on their first album.
Voicemail are currently busy in different fields of the music industry as singing, producing, branding and working with labels.
