- Dancehall King Vybz Kartel, real name Adidja Palmer, has since been relocated to the Tower Street Adult Correctional Centre, where he has reportedly been placed on a block called ‘Jail’, which has been equipped with security cameras and other forms of modern technology designed to prevent illicit activities. ‘Jail’ is said to house high-risk prisoners.

“Transferring Mr Palmer in the rain, causing him to get wet, given his medical condition is an attempt at his life,” Buchanan told the press. “It is deliberate and/or negligent and unacceptable,” Buchanan insisted.
