Jamaican recording artist Jah Vinci joined forces with Troyton Music & Alive Enterprise for his latest single  “Popular Demand,” a bouncy and melodic anthem dedicated to all of the beautiful ladies.

Jah Vinci, real name Kirk Rhoden, is a veteran reggae dancehall artist that have been delivering music for more than a decade. He started his musical career and become popular in Jamaica and abroad as a member of Vybz Kartel’s Portmore Empire, where he remained an active member for several years delivering a string of great songs like ‘Remedy’, ‘Hear Me Cry’, ‘Oh Jah Jah’ just to mention a couple.

Before World Boss Vybz Kartel was arrested and even before the Empire was disbanded Jah Vinci left the camp, followed by Blak Ryno, Merital Family and several other artists that wanted to start a new career’s path under new management.

Since leaving the Empire Jah Vinci never stopped working and releasing new music and in this new year the Jamaican recording artist released new fresh  music, like ‘Alone’ that accumulated more than 4 millions views so far,  Basic, Eyes Of The Storm and more recently the ‘Popular Demand’ single paired with the music video posted below.

Jah Vinci has always been gifted with his voice and great melodies, this new single is a little different from his usual repertoire and his image has changed a bit too but fans are loving the single,  where the skilled deejay/singer utilizes silky vocal tones to seduce the females over a pristine afropop riddim infused with sparkling guitar riffs.and the new video that has been ranking up hundred thousand of views since its release few days ago.

Q:Give us a little history of you and your brand
A: Most people don’t know I’m coming from sound system days where I own and play two of the biggest sound systems and then transient into producing where I end up producing some of the biggest songs in dancehall and reggae like one of Christopher Martin’s biggest and hottest dancehall track, Dexta Daps brake out song Seven 11; Take It by Mavado  Kerian Sang, that massive crossover hit, “I Know You Want Me,” by Mavado… just to name a few.

Q:Tell us a bit about your new release, “Popular Demand” with Jah Vinci.
A:Popular Demand was just a vibe, Jah Vinci and I linked up at the studio, I played the riddim, and instantly he came up with the idea and we all were like, “We think it’s good.” It can easily become a hit, he is amongst the ladies’ favorite right now, and we know it’s gonna do big things.

Q:Can you describe your musical style, and how it is unique?
A:The style I’m known for is the melodic type of beat, don’t care how the drum and bass kicking heavy, I have to have a pretty sexy Phrase, as I would call it, play over it something distinct, you have to hear it, don’t care how far you are.

Q:What can we expect in the future from Troyton?
A:Just more great music that the fans gonna love.

Q:Anything else you’d like to tell the people?
A:Yes, I have Troyton music’s very own artist, who goes by the name Tia, she is doing good so far, look out for great things!
