- Buju Banton and his legal team are requesting a new trial on the grounds of a juror misconduct. Mark Myrie, aka Buju Banton, is currently serving a 10-year sentence in a Florida’s prison and he could be facing an additional five years for a gun charge that was previously thrown out.
- After juror Teri Wright’s computer was examined a couple of weeks ago and no records of misconduct were found it was also established she did hand over the wrong computer.
