- At the point the same man left the scene came back shortly later on with two armed men who fired shots at Mavado.
- The singer managed to escape the rain of bullets flying toward his direction and rushed to the Constant Spring police station where he filed a report.
- One man has being detained since but no further details are available at the moment.

“We are calling on the entertainer to visit the police station as we seek to ask him a number of questions in relation to a number of developments in the Cassava Piece area,” a senior officer from the Constant Spring police division told news outlets on Tuesday evening.
