- The trial was postponed again because prosecutors told the court that they are unable to locate their main witness. The Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions, DPP, has indicated that they will proceed with the trial using the witness statement under Section 31 (D) of the Evidence Act.
- It was just last week that Senior Deputy Director of Public Prosecutions Jeremy Taylor told a judge that Vybz Kartel attempted to bribe the witness in the case with $3 million.
